Russian active measures against Ukraine is a microcosm of its active measures against the West. Please download and read this very important report. We can glean a lot from Russia’s hybrid wars against countries like Ukraine and Georgia, starting with the communist-named Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR)—the focal point of Russia’s divide-and-conquer strategy against the sovereign nation of Ukraine.

The report contains seven sections:

  1. The Three Tranches of the Kremlin Leaks
  2. The People Behind Russia’s Hybrid War Against Ukraine
  3. Ukrainian Vulnerabilities Exploited by Russia’s Hybrid War
  4. The ‘People’s Republics’ in the Donbas Region
  5. The Kremlin’s Phantom of Separatism and Chaos in Ukraine
  6. Political Meddling: How the Kremlin Tried to Change Ukraine’s Constitution
  7. The Kremlin’s Political Power: Reaching the Ukrainian ‘Soul’

Also contained in this report is an update to Soviet defector Yuri Bezmenov’s four-pronged Soviet strategy (demoralisation; destabilisation; bringing the situation to crisis point; and renormalisation). Analysts believe this strategy has expanded and now entails: Hidden Genesis; Escalation; Beginning of Conflict Actions; Crisis; Resolution; and Restoration, which is explained in greater detail in this vital report.

Central importance of Sun-Tzu’s ‘Art of War’

By Christopher Story

Excerpted from Christopher Story’s The European Union Collective: Enemy of Its Member States (1997),  pgs. 56-59

The blindness of the West, and its arrogant assumption that ‘we won the Cold War’ particularly reconfirms the timeless effectiveness of the advice given by the ancient Chinese military strategist, Sun-Tzu, in his treatise entitled ‘The Art of War’: ‘Pretend inferiority and encourage your enemy’s arrogance’ . It is known that ‘The Art of War’ was required reading in the East German and Soviet armed forces. As Anatoliy Golitsyn explains in New Lies for Old: “The ancient Chinese treatise on strategy and deception, Sun -Tzu’s The Art of War, translated into Russian by N.I. Konrad in 1950 (shortly after the Communist victory in China), was retranslated into German in 1957 by the Soviet specialist Y. I. Sidorenko, with a foreword by the Soviet military strategist and historian General Razin. It was [also] published in East Germany by the East German Ministry of Defense and was prescribed for study in East German military academies: [see facsimile on page 57]. A new translation and other studies of Sun-Tzu were published in Peking in 1957 and 1958 and in Shanghai in 1959. Mao Tse-Tung is known to have been influenced by Sun-Tzu in his conduct of the civil war”.

Illusions such as those dispensed by the author of the article cited above from “The Times’ of London are fostered by, and depend upon, the continued success of the Russian ‘weak look’ strategic deception – which is based upon the practical applic- ation in modern conditions of Sun-Tzu’s military deception aphorisms:

Statue of Sun-Tzu

‘All warfare is based on deception’.

‘Therefore, when capable, feign incapacity; when active, inactivity’.

‘When near, make it appear that you are far away; when far away, that you are near’.

‘Offer the enemy a bait to lure him; feign disorder and strike him’. ‘Pretend inferiority and encourage his arrogance’.

‘Keep him under strain and wear him down’.

‘When he is united, divide him’.

‘Attack the enemy’s strategy’.

‘Disrupt the enemy’s alliances’.

‘If I am able to determine the enemy’s dispositions while at the same time I conceal my own, then I can concentrate and he must divide. And if I concentrate while he divides, I can use my entire strength to attack a fraction of his’.
‘Make the devious route the most direct and turn misfortune to advantage’.

‘The ultimate in disposing one’s troops is to be without ascertainable shape. Then the most penetrating spies cannot pry in, nor can the wise lay plans against you’.

‘Subtle and insubstantial, the expert leaves no trace; divinely mysterious, he is inaudible. Thus he is master of his enemy’s fate’ .

‘Active measures’ operations against Western leaders

The successful implementation, through the creative (Leninist) application of Sun-Tzu’s teachings and complementary Leninist dialectical strategic deception principles, of the inverted pyramid of lies called ‘perestroika’, is all the more remarkable in that, as has been shown, absolutely faithful adherence to Leninist revolutionary methods had repeatedly been asserted in public by the Communist leaders and the 1991 that she had concluded that ‘Gorbachev isn’t a Leninist any more’ – merely weeks before Gorbachev and the KGB executed the biggest and boldest Leninist Bolshevik provocation to date: the fake August coup. Prominent among the planners and implementers of this provocation was the KGB veteran Yevgeniy Primakov, a leading KGB strategist, who flew back to Moscow late in the evening of 19th August, thus conveying the impression that he had not been involved – yet issued a statement on the following day asserting that Gorbachev was not ill but was being held captive.

The Soviets have even gone so far as to hint in public that both the British Prime Minister and President Reagan were the target of ‘active measures’ operations by Soviet intelligence ahead of the controlled ‘Break with the Past’. The nature of these ‘active measures’ is not known (although in Mrs. Thatcher’s case, the murder shortly before she came to office in 1979 of her intelligence adviser, Airey Neave, in a car bomb placed in the House of Commons car park, may have been an element of them – since Neave was well equipped to warn her against being taken in by the Soviets); but ‘active measures’ covers everything from the fabrication of forgeries to the administration of mind-altering psychotropic drugs, to sexual allure or entrapment, to assassination.

It is the Author’s view that analysts have overlooked one important reason why Gorbachev was selected by the Kremlin’s strategy collective as General Secretary following a prolonged period of apparent infighting which resulted in Gorbachev’s alleged rival, Grigory Romanov, being expelled from the Kremlin in the summer of 1985, framed as an alcoholic (which he was not) and forcibly confined to a hospital for alcoholics [see pages XXXX-XXXXII]. This is that he possesses what can only be described as a kind of demonic sexual allure: and the strategists’ key target at the time was Mrs. Thatcher. She immediately fell for Gorbachev’s ‘charms’, notwithstanding his boorish behaviour during his visit to London in late 1984, described on pages 17- 18. The Author is personally acquainted with two American women, not known to each other, each of whom has separately testified to Gorbachev’s sexual magnetism, which the late Malachi Martin described as being sinister. (One of these women also testifies to the near-freezing temperature immediately surrounding the person of MVD General Eduard Shevardnadze, reported on page 49; but the other lady is not one of the two who have separately experienced that distsurbing phenomenon).

On 19th February 1991, ‘Izvestia’ reported that ‘in the United States and Britain, “Active Measures” against President Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher had limited success’ . The inclusion of the qualification ‘limited’ here should perhaps be disregarded: the proper translation of this statement from the Aesopian language used by ‘Izvestia’ is that the operations were successful. The fact that they were mounted, and have even been openly acknowledged, is of course significant enough.

Mrs Thatcher failed to understand that she had been duped by Mr Gorbachev, as she made clear to the author in July 1991. During an interview in which the Author explained details of the Soviet ‘bilateral treaty offensive’ and spoke of Golitsyn’s work, which the former Prime Minister dismissed, Mrs [now Lady] Thatcher not only remarked: ‘I don’t think Gorbachev is a Leninist any more’, but also added the following corollary: ‘I don’t think we have been deceived—at least, I hope we haven’t’ [see page 19]. As the Author wrote in the Editor’s Foreword to Golitsyn’s book The Perestroika Deception, this qualifying afterthought clearly implied ‘a niggling doubt that the West might indeed have fallen victim to Soviet strategic deception’. Necessarily, by then the consequences of Lady Thatcher’s mistakes were crowding in on the West like a gigantic thunderstorm. But if she had entertained such doubts while still in power, it was surely her duty to have had them investigated.

That failure was undoubtedly Lady Thatcher’s worst: and the Author has elsewhere described the British Prime Minister’s careless accommodation of Gorbachev and all his Leninist lies as ‘a millennial strategic error’. A second strategic error of comparable proportions concerned Europe: though troubled by the implic- ations of the ‘European project’, she pushed through the 1986 Single European Act which paved the way for the Collective’s Maastricht Treaty. In the end, she became an enthusiastic supporter of the Leninist deception strategy of ‘convergence’. She had already permitted her Foreign Secretary Sir Geoffrey Howe , to go along with the Foreign Office’s plan to hand the priceless capitalist jewel of Hong Kong over to the Communist Chinese, a grand betrayal which could hardly have been urged upon her other than by forces aware of the ‘convergence’ framework and agenda. Lady Thatcher’s most recently monitored geopolitical stance is that ‘Russia isn’t a threat any more’—just as ‘Gorbachev isn’t a Leninist any more’.

‘Pizzagate’ debunked point by point

By Timothy Fitzpatrick

Dislcaimer: The following is a graphical illustration debunking several of the main claims of the Pizzagate conspiracy theory. The purpose in debunking this theory is not to exhonerate any of the accused (they could be guilty of crimes; I don’t know) but to shed light on the many inconsistencies and outright lies in the narrative and to point out the entire inogranic way the theory suddenly appeared and evolved, which is characteristic of a psyop—in this case, it seems, a KGB active measure operation, which tends to take bits of truth and turn them into seemingly plausible narratives for the purpose of anti-Western psyops. Of course, we now know about all the KGB-Chabad-Mossad manoeuvrings to help Trump win the election, so it’s not far fetched to consider that some of the October Surprises and dirty tricks used during the runup to the previous U.S. federal election were KGB ops. The pizzagate psyop not only helped Trump defeat Hillary but it has also diverted the energy and attention of those interested in conspiracies and populists in general. Instead of investigating the Soviet conspiracy against the West to install one of their puppets, everyone is focused on this psyop and other paralell psyops like Flat Earth, Jade Helm, and others. This expose is not meant to be exhaustive, as the psyop runs deep, so I will just deal with the most important inconsistencies that prop up the entire narrative. For example, without the supposed pedophile code, that alone  demolishes the entire narrative.

I will add more graphics as I make them.

Technocracy critic won’t finger true culprits behind it

By Timothy Fitzpatrick
Dec. 17, 2018 Anno Domini

Apparently Kremlin state media RT decided anti technocrat Patrick Wood was so little a threat that they decided to give him a voice. And why shouldn’t they? For, Wood blames technocracy and the New World Order on the West and shadowy vague groups. Russia and Israel must be innocent, according to Wood.

Members of the shadowy Trilateral Commission are solely responsible for terrorizing the world with their green-washed sustainable development, transhumanist, technocratic utopian pipe dream.

That’s what author Patrick Wood, one of the most outspoken critics of technocracy, claims in his 2015 book Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation.

“Technocracy is being sponsored and orchestrated by a global elite led by David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski’s Trilateral Commission,” Wood says. (pg. xiii.)

While Wood does a fairly good job illustrating the effects of this globalist agenda in his 274-page book, he fails to provide the key element of motive for the Trilaterals’ multi-generational push for global technocratic communitarianism. What motivates this group? Around which force do they rally? The same could be asked about the other two groups oft targeted by vague conspiracy researchers—Bilderberg and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

Wood attempts to provide some motive by using Senator Barry Goldwater’s explanation of Trilateral objectives.

“The Trilateral Commission is international and is intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by seizing control of the political government of the United States. The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, co-ordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centres of power—political, monetary, intellectual, and ecclesiastical.”

Wood fails to identify the one group that has sought these very objectives for over 2,000 years, the one group with more motive and technological know-how than the Trilateral Commission. Crypto-Soviet Russia and China, their progeny Israel, and international usurers are the Jewish revolutionary group lurking behind it all, with the freemasons at their side.

Of course, Jews are overrepresented on the membership lists of all three organizations: Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg, and the CFR. It is, however, more difficult to assess the number of freemasons comprising membership; although, one can be certain that their numbers are also overrepresented. Wood employs inconsistent logic when he points out the overrepresentation of Trilateral members among the technocracy movement but then ignores the Jewish overrepresentation on the Trilateral Commission (and Bilderberg and CFR). On page 58, Wood makes the point that Trilaterals dominate the U.S. Federal Reserve—an absurd observation given that the Fed is an undeniable Jewish scheme.

Wood sources the foundation of technocracy—the driving “scientific” ideology behind the New World Order and its vision for world government—in the Enlightenment’s positivism movement, scientism, progressivism, Darwinism, fascism, socialism, and, finally, Technocracy Inc., through men like Henry Saint-Simon, Auguste Comte, Thorstein Veblen, and Howard Scott. Even though Judeo-masonic kabbalism lurks behind all of these movements, Wood can’t seem to make the obvious connection.

Astonishingly, Technocracy Inc.’s 1934 study course foresaw back then what came to be realized in the last decade as the “smart grid” and “internet of things”, complete with “continuous 24 hour-per-day total net conversion of energy” thanks to such devices as harmful microwave-emitting “smart meters”, which are now on almost every home and business in the developed world. The plan would also involve a complete transformation of the monetary system—away from being pegged to gold or oil and, instead, towards energy proxies such as carbon. This has all been made possible by the United Nations and its Agenda for the 21st century (Agenda 21).

An alliance of Israeli, Russian, and Chinese tech firms are entrenched in the worldwide smart grid system, thanks in large part to stealing much of the technology from the West, and are setting up their new Silk Road to global governance.

The strength of Wood’s Technocracy Rising lies in his knowledge of the total-surveillance smart grid and the greenwashing that must accompany it. And while it is good that Woods is bringing awareness to this extremely important subject, he does a disservice to the world by omitting the true culprits behind it and their dark objective for mankind.

The real goal of technocracy is the “olam ha ba” or “world to come”, in which Jews, finally, will be recognized globally as the master race, tasked with the enlightenment (enslavement) of gentiles and lordship over all the universe through techno-based communism, similar to that established in the fictional yet prescient 1984 work by Orwell. Collectively, they will act as the messiah figure, using the merging of man and machine to achieve, they believe, what Christ did when He defeated death at the Holy Cross—immortality.

Russia Insider is a honeypot

By Timothy Fitzpatrick
Dec. 12, 2018 Anno Domini

Russia Insider is the rebirth of Russian-Jewish oligarch Vladimir Zhirinovsky.

Both strategically use anti-Jewish narratives in order to honeypot gullible people, at which point the sticky-lipped dupes are either rounded up and imprisoned or simply indoctrinated.

It is the latter in the case of Russia Insider, which is a go-to source for many Westerner alternative media junkies and Russia supporters.

Started in 2014 with the help the Kremlin and its oligarchic mafia (like Duginist Konstantin Malofeev), at the time when the neo-Bolshevik Putin regime was amping up its aggression against Ukraine, Russia Insider is the perfect Soviet double agent within the Western nationalist movement (not the first time the nationalist movement was infiltrated by the Soviets). They say all the right things at the right time, but when push comes to shove, they play the Judas Goat and mislead their audience into a Soviet Trust land of hypernormalized confusion and disinformation. One of Russia Insider’s creators, John Helmer, is alleged to have been recruited by the KGB. Russia Insider editor Charles Bausman has been featured on Kremlin-state media.

Looking at the lead article today at Russia Insider: “CHUTZPAH: CIA/Mossad Instigate Chemical Attack in Syria, Accuse Syria of Doing It”, the Soviet active measure of demoralizing the West is furthered. Instead of being told the truth, that Israel and Russia are the main players destroying Syria with largely Russian-groomed Chechen Jihadists, the clever crypto-Soviets spin it to being the fault of the “evil West”…then throw Israel in the mix as the gambit (notice it puts the CIA first, before Mossad). Peruse the rest of the site and all you will find are “articles” that can’t say enough great things about Putin and the Kremlin.

Russia Insider editor Charles Bausman featured on Kremlin-controlled state media multiple times.

Of course, this is all OK with Israel, because Israel is simply helping big brother Russia execute its long-range goal of demoralizing and destabilizing the West. Israel doesn’t mind being thrown under the bus, so long as it serves the overall goal of destroying the West and bringing it within the grip of its Judeo global governance scheme, with Israel, Russia, and China leading the world into the “Olam ha ba”. And what better cover than for Russia Insider to pretend to be opposed to globalism, a case of the fox guarding the chicken coup.

Almost all of the Western alternative media serves very much the same purpose: blame everything on the West (resulting in divide-and-conquer polarization), vindicate Russia and Arab Soviet satellites (Iran, Syria, etc.). This game is so obvious. Putin is not mystical or that unpredictable. His hypernormalization strategy is now out in the open. He is simply a more sophisticated Soviet leader pursuing the usual active measures against the West, but this time, he has a lot more Western leaders compromised than his predecessors had—take for example Angela Merkel in Soviet satellite Germany. Putin’s Red predecessors only really had Eastern Germany to puppeteer. Now the Kremlin has all of it and its largest economy in the European Union.
